I will provide mats and head cushions for each session to facilitate your comfort and postural alignment. If you need individual items of equipment such as hand weights, I will provide tailored advice for each client about which ones to purchase.
I have a range of equipment which I provide for all classes. I usually plan each half terms sessions to feature different pieces of portable equipment such as:
RESISTANCE BANDS
Different strength bands to assist you with safe stretching and toning.
PILATES TONING BALLS
Different size balls to assist you with balance and posture.
TONING CIRCLES
Specifically for toning upper arms, inner/outer thighs, upper back, stomach and buttocks. Toning circles also assist you with safe stretching.
REDONDO BALLS
These help target abdominal muscles and assist with alignment.
SPIKY BALLS
Assist with sensory feedback, they are fantastic for massaging muscles and helping to alleviate any tight spots, relieving tension and stimulating blood circulation.
STABILITY FOAM AND HALF ROLLERS
The foam rollers will challenge deep muscle isolation helping to alleviate any tight spots, relieving tension and stimulating blood circulation
