Pilates aims to strengthen your body in an even way, it focuses on core strength to improve your general fitness and wellbeing. Most Pilates exercises are done on a mat or using special equipment (Reformer, Cadillac or Wunda Chair) which can provide resistance or support, depending on your personal needs.
I have lesson progressions planned for each half term, and use a combination of small equipment to aid with myofascial release, equipment to challenge balance, and resistance with bands or weights to increase limb and core strength.
How do I know which class is for me?
