I usually plan each half terms sessions to feature\u00a0different pieces of portable equipment such as:<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>RESISTANCE BANDS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<hr \/>\n<p><\/p>\n<h4>Different strength\u00a0bands\u00a0to assist you with safe stretching and toning.<\/h4>\n<p>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>PILATES TONING BALLS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<hr \/>\n<p><\/p>\n<h4>Different size balls to assist you with balance and posture.<\/h4>\n<p>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>TONING CIRCLES<\/strong><\/h2>\n<hr \/>\n<p><\/p>\n<h4>Specifically for toning upper arms, inner\/outer thighs, upper back, stomach and buttocks.
